"stocking", because in today's marketplace,
more and more companies
involved in industrial distribution are not stocking product and though they
present themselves,
as having warehouses stocked to the ceiling with
product,
the truth is, they sell from empty shelves.
They are
actually nothing more than a drop-shippers, and that's why they advertise
anywhere from 5 to 14 days to ship an order.
Their web-sites are flashy, their catalogs are large, but their stock is
close to zero.
They will advertise free shipping and that's because they either hide the
shipping cost in their selling price,
or their product is shipped
unassembled.
When a buyer sees a picture of an assembled Aluminum Hand Truck, and then
places an order for it,
one would imagine that the buyer would expect it to arrive assembled, not in
a cardboard box, all in pieces.
It arrives that way more often then not, because Drop-Shippers do not
touch the product.
All they touch is paperwork.
We understand that on some occasions, drop-shipping needs to be done, and we
do it ourselves,

we ship product assembled, as often as we can.
In some cases, the shipping cost may be a little higher, but our customer
base understands that time is money,
